Yes. A swimming pool in Dubai requires a Dubai Municipality permit and, in most communities, a developer NOC. Our engineers prepare the drawings and manage the full approval process as part of the contract.

Yes. We re-tile, repair waterproofing, convert edges, upgrade filtration and heating, and modernise lighting — often transforming an old pool in a few weeks.

Yes. You receive a written workmanship warranty on the structure and waterproofing at handover, alongside the manufacturers' warranties on pumps, filtration and heating equipment.
