Design fees depend on the size of the space and the scope — a single majlis is priced very differently from a full villa. After a free consultation we give you a fixed, itemised design fee, and if we also build the project the design work is integrated into one contract.

Yes. You can commission design only — concept, 3D visuals and full working drawings that any qualified contractor can build from. Many clients start design-only and later ask our own teams to execute.

A single room concept typically takes 2 to 3 weeks; a full villa design with 3D visuals and complete working drawings usually runs 6 to 10 weeks, depending on size and how quickly decisions are approved.

Always. Key spaces are presented as photorealistic 3D renders with material boards, and revised with you until approved — only then do we produce working drawings or price the execution.

Yes — offices, clinics, retail, restaurants and showrooms. We handle the design and, where required, the authority submissions and fit-out approvals that commercial spaces in Dubai need.

Of course. Renovation and restyling projects often keep structural walls, key furniture pieces or existing joinery — we design around what stays and specify only what should change.
